Customer service was responsive. I'm going to return the item and not exchange it. Opened this product up after buying it for Mothers' Day gift for my wife. Maybe that would be a better product for them to sell, instead of this frame. I'll look elsewhere for a frame. Defective. Have to return it.
I complained and was shipped another frame which had the same results. Impressive looking, large frame. I was very disappointed. I ended up requesting a refund. It would not read my SD memory cards reliably. After much fussing and reinserting the SD card it might work, but usually didn't.
Great quality and reasonable price. Do your homework- many digitalframes do not have this feature. This photo frame is a perfect size, great quality with outstanding graphics and picture clarity. Can not be programmed to start up on external memory. Accepts multiple memory devices.Bad Points: Can not program on and off times. Good Points: Picture quality is pretty good. On board memory is adequate.
